The problem we solve
New York's energy laws now put a price on every ton of carbon a large building emits, and the price rises through the decade. Most buildings will need work on several systems at once. That means several engineers, several contractors, several sets of paperwork, and nobody accountable for the whole.
We are the single point of accountability. One contract with JTR covers assessment, engineering, procurement, incentive capture and delivery, and we manage every partner on your behalf.
