Why a lighting contractor started an energy company
JT Roselle has delivered more than 20,000 lighting and controls projects in the buildings that define Manhattan, for owners who expect the job managed, not just installed. Lighting was always the first compliance lever an owner pulled. Now the law requires the rest of the building to follow.
